What’s Included?

11 Hours of Coaching Sessions-Nine hours of peer-group learning sessions plus two individual coaching calls scheduled at your convenience to fit your timeline.

Peer Group Learning Sessions- Bi-weekly 90-minute group online zoom sessions will introduce evidence-based lifestyle themes along with opportunities for discernment, fruitful conversation, & meaningful self-discovery.

Individual Coaching Calls- Participants have the option to schedule two individual coaching sessions to further discern, make choices, & design a custom Rule of Life to cultivate their own chosen habits of wellbeing.

Teaching Videos & Worksheets- Regularly emailed bi-weekly on Thursdays around set WellBeing themes designed to encourage & inspire.

Our Coach Leaders:

Reverend Dr. Paul L. Escamilla, a retired United Methodist elder in the Río Texas Conference, is a professionally trained coach offering leadership coaching to pastors and others seeking to develop their leadership capacities. He has served as senior pastor in seven congregations across 37 years, and has mentored ordained ministry candidates, local pastors, and staff members. He taught administrative leadership and preaching at the seminary level, as well as worship and preaching in both Course of Study and licensing school settings. He chaired his Conference Board of Ordained Ministry, and co-leads a jurisdictional gathering of BOM officers and leaders for TMF. He and his wife, Liz, make their home in Houston, Texas.

Rev. Sheri Clifton is the Senior Pastor at North Shore United Methodist Church in Canyon Lake, TX.  Sheri’s previous ministry experience includes 16 years as Executive Pastor for Worship at Bethany UMC in Austin, TX,  and 4 years as Associate Pastor at Buda UMC in Buda, TX. Sheri is a graduate of Southwestern University and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary.  Sheri has a passion for clergy well-being and leadership development, and finds joy in walking alongside others on the journey of discovering and living more fully from our identity as beloved children of God. Sheri is married to Daniel and they have two sons, Luke and Zach. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, cooking, and sitting out on her deck.
